Common Questions

What counts as a valid dispute?
Any service booking where the work was not completed as described, the provider did not show up, you were overcharged, or there was property damage. All disputes must relate to a PropertyHub booking.
Is the RM49 fee refundable?
Yes — if the dispute resolves in your favour, the full RM49 case fee is refunded within 3 working days. If the dispute is rejected or ruled against you, the fee is non-refundable.
How long does resolution take?
AI pre-screening happens within 2 hours. Simple cases are typically resolved within 24 hours. Complex cases involving property damage or large amounts may take up to 10 business days.
Can I dispute without a booking receipt?
A PropertyHub digital receipt is required to raise a dispute, as it serves as the contract between both parties. Walk-in or cash transactions outside the platform cannot be disputed through TribunalBot.
What evidence should I submit?
Photos of the issue (before/after), screenshots of any communication with the provider, the original booking receipt, and a written description of what went wrong. The more evidence, the stronger your case.
What if I disagree with the AI resolution?
You can escalate to a human admin review within 48 hours of the AI decision. Admin review is free for the first escalation. The admin decision is final and binding.
Does the provider get to respond?
Yes — once you submit a dispute, the provider is notified via WhatsApp and given 24 hours to submit their response and evidence before TribunalBot makes a decision.
Is TribunalBot legally binding in Malaysia?
TribunalBot operates as a private mediation service. The resolution is contractually binding under the PropertyHub Terms of Service agreed to by both parties at registration.
